sine qua non Response Training ltd is a supplier of several health and safety courses and we specialise in intention courses that assist the client in tailoring staff cooking to meet their specific provision haves. Courses range from First Aid, dissolve Safety, Manual Handling to Conflict & adenylic acid; Aggression and transmitting control sessions to name a few.

Introduction to Leadership
I am employed at Emergency Response Training as the Administration & Training theater director loping 5 days a week, I am also on call to staff out of hours should they need to contact me for any reason. We also employ an line based Training Co-ordinator 4 days a week and a office administrator for 2 days a week.
I also have 15 part clock trainers who work out of our training suite which is next door to our office or on-site at our customer locations nationally.




Leadership Styles
Our trainers are from a wide range of different backgrounds, including the voluntary sector, ex-services personnel office to the newly qualified trainer and my leading style has to accommodate to the different backgrounds and personalities of these staff.
Other things that will impact on the fibre of leadership style used is whether I am traffic with the office based staff or a bit that has arisen remotely with a trainer.
This would also depend on time constraints, employee personality and ability, and the type of working environment they are turn up at the time.
