As citizens of a country based on our properlys as individuals, one must consider the most important right that has been established since the beginning of the United States Independence: free will. Now, although we w atomic number 18 been granted a sense of freedom, freedom is filled with exceptions and taboo caused by conflicting rights along with a coat of clean responsibility that has been thrown over us as human beingss. In addition to what we deal is our moral responsibility as human beings, we must not forget we are a snap off of a much grander picture than our immediate focus. Although we persist on individualizing ourselves, we are capable of epic movements if we choose to move together. Ayn Rand was formerly quoted saying, Man is a being with free will; on that pointfore, apiece man is potentially good or evil, and its up to him and only him (through his reasoning mind) to decide which he wants to be.
As time has progressed since our Independence, we have rapidly set righteous standards of living throughout mankind by matters of opinion of what type of behavior is allowable and not frowned upon. Along with behaviors, we as humans have the skill of grasping concepts, even at a young age, and are in a relentless fight between what we believe is right and wrong and what our society believes on the matter.
