This paper lead provide a stick to that will be utilized to conduct business research on the current computer equipment put out of the Human preference division at Rx Technology Solutions. This raft will ask participants to react to 10 questions in roll to get a unwrap assessment of the state of the computer equipment in order for solicitude to determine the needfully of the employees.
Measures Used to Research Business Problem
The measuring stick that was used to conduct this research seems to be the most assume measure based on this type of problem. Management needs to be able to understand exactly where they are non meeting the needs of their employees with regards to the computer equipment inventory of the Human imaginativeness incision. The results should be able to report where the root of the problem lies.
For this survey, the uncomplicated level of measurement that was used was ordinal level of measurement.



This method was used to rank the current status of the Human Resource Departments computer equipment, access whether or not the PCs or laptops are being relievered by the in-person Desktop Support organization whenever repair or support is consumed and how effective and expeditious is the computer replacement process. The survey is a bit high level and will require additional research but will give commission a starting point to tackle the current issue that the Human Resource Department is dealing with. It can also help to prevent the issue from becoming a large one that may impact the relationship that the organization has with its employees if the change state performance of the employees decreases due to this problem.
