weeWithin the traverse work of EDUC6005, I have gained great cognition in regards to the early childhood stages. Throughout the course I was pushed to realise that when dealing with children, we as care takers are not vertical dealing with the children but with their families and backgrounds the come from. hence these are my 3 insights, child development, family/background and professionalism.
