The incidents that took egress in scenario two seem to have a sweet sand verbena affect. The torts in this scenario were unintentional or negligence. The defendant might say that they did not couch the glass in Annas food and glass products were not used in the area where food was prepared. Due to the curtilage and the elements of this case Anna would win and the restaurant would need to compensate Anna for the injuries that she suffered.
Anna in any case has a second case against the surgeon who preformed her surgery. After Anna endorsement a piece of glass she was rushed to the emergency room.



Anna the plaintiff would need immediate surgery to stop the bleeding in her mouth and the surgeon (the defendant) mistakes Anna for another patient and amputates her offset. The elements in this case would be professional malpractice. The surgeon is liable for amputating Annas leg and breaching his or her duty of care and causing injury to Anna cause by his or her negligence. Anna would also win this claim because the surgeon should have verified who the patient was before performing the surgery.
The third case in this scenario is what took place in the restaurant afterwards Anna bit the piece of glass.
