As he progresses through his time at Camp Green Lake (which isnt all its cracked up to be) he receives the nickname solitudinarian because of the his size, the kids at Camp Green Lake befriend him, which is a change to the Stanley who had no friends in his old life and ironically they start to torment one of the kids who used to pick on Stanley. unitary of the biggest changes in Stanley is when his best friend and him both get in a bad situation as they are stuck in the desert with no food or water passive when Zero collapses Stanley carries him up a mountain, where they found food honourable as their ancestors did. Could you imagine being so dehydrated you eyeshot you were going to die, you were out in the desert with no food, you just found out that it is your best friends fault why you went to the close to horrible place in the world but still you build up the courage to save his life, now thats a true act of kindness.
