BMW, a leading car manufacturer from Germany has many manufacturing facilities in the United States. I had the pleasure one(a) year pastne to attend a bit of the facility in Spartanburg, s come onh-central Carolina, where I hornswoggleed a lot about the technologies they enforce and the knowledge of the staff. The plant itself was impeccably clean, which to me was amazing. Every department and employment worker is well groomed and trained in any department and moved to a polar part of the exertion line periodically throughout the day; to ensure one of the largest selling vehicles made without a flaw. When touring the facility, one will learn that no car is produced until there is an actual order in house.

What transpires after an initial ordering of a BMV vehicle is admiration in itself. Every single car ordered has UPC symbols printed out for every piece of the vehicle, so the vehicle you order from show one of production to the finish line is pieced together; in case a door, for example, gets damaged, all of the pieces ar pulled off of the assembly line until the issue is fixed. The exterior and interior colors of the vehicle and the options selected for each customer is encoded with the UPC symbol.



The most interesting part of the tour however, happened at the end of the tour; ushered past a fence of glass offices, where top executives and upper management appeared to be playacting with plastic cars. When in actuality, it was research and development where new ideas are formed. That, in itself is very intriguing and interesting. All of the pieces of the plastic cars were different colors reminding me of playing with Legos and making my own vehicle!
